Lazy Sunday Afternoon

On a lazy autumn Sunday afternoon, what could be better than a lazy Sunday family dinner?  This easy short-cut dinner is perfect since many of the ingredients are always in the pantry/fridge and the 'special' ingredients can sleep in the freezer until you need a lazy meal.

Apple Sausage Naan Pizza

4 Store-Bought Naan Bread (They freeze well so buy lot's)
2-3 large Apple Chicken Sausages (Keep extra in freezer)
2 apples (any kind), sliced
1 large onion, diced
1/2 grated parmesan cheese
olive oil

Heat olive oil in large frying pan.  Cook sausages, remove from pan and slice into 1/4 thickness rounds.  Add onion and apple to frying pan and cook until golden and soft.  Add sausage to pan with onions and apples and cook until sausage is warmed through.  Divide mixture onto 4 naan breads.  Sprinkle each with parmesan cheese.  Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
