Peanut Butter Cookies

With good friends coming over for a play this morning, we prepared for their arrival with a yummy batch of peanut butter cookies.  What a perfect treat on a cool autumn morning.  Since our elementary school went 'nut-free', these cookies almost feel illegal, but that makes them even more delicious.  This recipe was adapted from the KRAFT website.  Doesn't get much simpler or better!
