INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- Instructions
- 1.) Heat oven to 425.
- 2.) Mix flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl.
3.) Leave the batter I and set aside to rest 20 to 25 minutes.- 4.) Pour batter into a 12 cup muffin tin.
- 5.) Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed.
- Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
