Wet Mixture
1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Tightly packed
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
(or Coconut, Raisins, Candy, Nuts)
